This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, your rights, and how we use cookies on this website.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Identity & contact data: name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number.
Health data (special category): current concerns, medical history, procedure of interest, and any photos you share via the consultation form, chat, or messaging.
Technical & marketing data: IP address, device / browser information, pages visited, referrer, UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), Facebook Click ID (fbclid), approximate location (country/city), visit timestamps, cookie identifiers.

2. Purposes

To respond to your consultation and appointment requests and to contact you.
To perform an initial medical assessment and propose suitable treatment options.
To comply with legal obligations (patient records, invoicing, health regulations).
To secure the website and prevent abuse.
To measure service quality and the performance of our advertising.

3. Legal Bases (KVKK Art. 5–6)

Necessity for the performance of a (pre-)contract (your consultation / appointment request).
Compliance with a legal obligation (health, tax, records).
Our legitimate interests (site security, service improvement, fraud prevention).
For health data: your explicit consent, and the provision of preventive medicine, medical diagnosis and treatment.

4. Sharing & International Transfers

We may share data with competent public authorities, our medical consultants, and our accounting and legal advisors.
Hosting & infrastructure: Cloudflare, Supabase. Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta). Analytics & advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers rely on your explicit consent and the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9.

5. Retention

Consultation requests & communication logs: up to 3 years from the last interaction.
Health records: as required by applicable health regulations (minimum 20 years).
Server & security logs: up to 2 years.
After these periods data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Know whether we process your personal data, and access a copy.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with it.
Know the third parties (in Türkiye or abroad) to whom data has been transferred.
Request correction of inaccurate data, or erasure / destruction under KVKK Art. 7.
Object to processing and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

7. Cookie Policy

Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function (session, security, language preference, cookie consent). They cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page views, and interactions in an aggregated way.
Advertising cookies: Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 — without your consent, advertising tags operate only in a limited (anonymous) mode.
You can update your choice via the cookie banner at the bottom of the site, or delete/block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may break some features.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorised staff; health data is never used for marketing without explicit consent.

We may update this policy as laws or our services change. The current version is always published on this page.
